Answers about Lilypath, the Blueprint, and the Authority Intelligence™ OS.

About the company

Who is behind Lilypath?

Three co-founders: Erin Lanuti (CEO, GEO pioneer), Dan Nestle (Chief Product & Intelligence Officer, 25+ years of Fortune 500 communications, PRWeek AI Pioneer), and Todd Grossman (COO, 20+ years in media and technology, a former CEO with successful exits). Meet them on the About page.

How did Lilypath get started?

It grew from Dan Nestle's 25+ years of executive communications work. After LinkedIn deployed AI reasoning engines, Dan recognized the shift to a world where systems interpret you first, developed the diagnostic tools and scoring rubrics, and later partnered with Todd Grossman and Erin Lanuti.

What is Authority Intelligence™?

Lilypath's patent-pending framework for understanding how AI systems interpret professional authority — making it visible, measurable, and actionable through a Comprehensive Blueprint with copy-ready rewrites.

Who creates the reports?

Every Blueprint is generated by Lilypath's patent-pending Authority Intelligence™ system — proprietary scoring models, a curated research dataset, and automated generation logic. Co-founder Dan Nestle architected the methodology.

What makes Lilypath different from other profile services?

Most services focus on human perception, but LinkedIn's AI makes the first visibility decision. Lilypath's patent-pending methodology is built specifically for how AI systems evaluate professionals.

What does "patent-pending" mean?

Lilypath's methodology is subject to a filed patent application covering the system architecture — from how we ingest and normalize your professional signals through how we score, benchmark, and generate recommendations.

Is there a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes. If you're not satisfied with the quality and actionability of your Blueprint, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right. We can't guarantee specific outcomes like job offers.

What happens to my data?

Your profile PDF and intake responses generate your Blueprint and improve the methodology. Personal information is not sold. Data is retained up to three years; deletion is available on request.

LinkedIn Product — the Blueprint

Which Blueprint should I choose?

Student, Job Seeker, or Authority Builder — plus profession tracks for Engineers, Attorneys, and Accountants & CPAs. Choose the track that reflects your primary goal.

Do you offer Blueprints built for specific professions?

Yes — For Engineers, For Attorneys, and For Accountants & CPAs, all using the same methodology calibrated to profession-specific credentials and standards.

How quickly will I receive my Blueprint?

Typically within 30 minutes of completing your intake form, though times vary with supplemental uploads and system usage.

How do I submit my LinkedIn profile?

Download your LinkedIn profile as a PDF (about 30 seconds), then upload it through our secure intake form with optional documents.

I already have a Blueprint. What's next?

Authority 360 ($1,200/year) keeps it true: your Blueprint is re-run every year, your profile is re-scored twice a year, and we check what AI says about you every month — with an alert the moment the answer changes.

How does Lilypath compare to resume or profile writing services?

They focus on polished text for human subjectivity. Lilypath provides intelligence — a scored diagnostic of how AI interprets your authority today, plus recommendations to correct it.

Can I buy a Blueprint as a gift?

Yes for most paths. The Attorneys Blueprint can't be gifted, because bar advertising rules require the attorney to review and approve their own profile language.

AI Product — how AI reads you

How do LinkedIn's AI systems work, and why does it matter?

LinkedIn uses multiple AI systems to read profiles across job matching, recommendations, and feed ranking. They value consistency, perform better with comprehensive data, and understand natural language — clear prose beats keyword lists.

How does LinkedIn's AI evaluate my profile?

At the retrieval stage, at the ranking stage (Generative Recommender), and in the systems that read a complete profile rather than a single post — the Skills Graph and Hiring Assistant among them. All seek consistency, improve with context, and process natural language.

How do you know this is actually how LinkedIn works?

We ground the methodology in LinkedIn's published engineering research and conference talks on the systems they have deployed — retrieval, the Generative Recommender, the Skills Graph and Hiring Assistant — and we test it against what the models actually return. Where we cannot point to a named source, we say so rather than reach for a number.

Why not just run my profile through ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini?

LLMs generate polished text but lack the positioning expertise and patent-pending methodology built into every report. Strategic judgment can't be prompted.

Do you work with platforms other than LinkedIn?

The initial focus is LinkedIn, given its advanced AI infrastructure. The methodology is designed to extend to additional platforms as AI-mediated discovery evolves.
